Abstract
This paper aims to define Conscious Psychological Balance as an essential dimension of mental health. This type of Balance is a product of self-regulatory processes providing productivity and satisfaction. Self-regulatory processes such as resilience are based on cognitive, emotional and behavioral strengths, and should happen adequately within time and different contexts. The concept of Balance emphasizes justice implicitly. This definition is constructed by the comparison of the ideas of different pioneer thinkers in psychology and other disciplines. There are great similarities between the definitions of positive mental health and psychological balance on the subjective and functional aspects of mental health. However, Balance perspective draws attention to a holistic perspective on mental health and can contribute to prevent social problems by emphasizing justice.

The four groups were given the pre-test using the Emotional Intelligence questionnaire (EQI). The students in three experimental group Anger Management, intrapersonal Communication Skills And Stress Management Training ) each of group attended five 2-hour training sessions separately while the control group was only given pre-post (EQ). The data were analyzed using Ancova method (analysis of covariance) t–test and Mann-Whitney U Test. Results of the study indicate that training in anger management, stress management intrapersonal communication skills will lead to increased Emotional Intelligence of female students.

Fernald vs. sensory integrationdictation disorder
Abstract
The present study was to compare the effects of Fernald multi-sensory teaching method and sensory integration on improving the dictation disorder on third grade primary school students with dysgraphia in Tehran. Pretest posttest method was done on control group. The study population consisted of all the primary third grade female students suffering dictation disorder in normal schools in Tehran (2011-2012). The study samples were selected through multi-stage random sampling from some schools and randomly divided into three 10-person groups. The dysgraphia test and Raven’s color IQ test were conducted. Data were analyzed via analysis of variance. The results showed that the multi-sensory approach and sensory integration were effective in improving their dictation. In other words, the hypothesis was accepted with 95% confidence. On the contrary, the results of both tests showed there was no significant difference between improvement in accuracy and mirror dictation disorder. Therefore, the hypothesis was rejected with 95% confidence. The findings can be effective in enhancement and retention of training the students who cannot progress through the implemented methods in schools.
Abstract
The main topic of this research is how teaching anger management, skills affects emotional intelligence of first year university female students of Roodehen Islamic Azad University in Iran. The study population is all first year female students of Roodehen Islamic Azad University. The study was carried out on 60 students who were selected by multi-stage randomized sampling method and were divided into the TWO groups (experimental and control, with 30 students in each group). Before carrying out the experimental intervention (presentation of the independent variables), the TWO groups were given the pre-test using the Emotional Intelligence questionnaire (EQI). Then, the students in experimental group attended five2-hour training sessions of anger management, One week after the intervention, the two groups were post-tested again using the EQI. The data were analyzed using Ancova method ( analysis of covariance) t –test and Mann-Whitney U Test. Abstract
This correlation research compared the levels of mental health among Iranian and Malaysian mothers of children with mild intellectual disability, and role of emotional intelligence and social support on their mental health. The research is based on the purposive sampling technique which involved 227 respondents from Tehran, Iran and 236 respondents from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the good fit of the model in studying the relationships among the variables.
Abstract
A sample of 877 individuals (57% women and 43% men) was selected randomly to study the validity and reliability structure of the social support that answered the researcher’s-made questionnaire of the social support. The result of validity study of the final questionnaire showed that the calculated Chronbach alpha coefficient was 0.736. The opinion of the authorities in the field of psychology concerning content validity of the questionnaire was positive. The result of exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis showed that all fitness indexes were in a very desirable limit (RMSEA = 0.056), and the model had a good fit with data. This was suggestive of the questions being in line with the theoretical structure.

Abstract
This is the study of Irrational Beliefs (IrB) as mediator between the Event of Stressor (A) and Level of Stress (C). The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between IrB as mediator between the A and C among Boarding School (SBP) teachers in Johor. This study utilized a survey using Questionnaire of Teacher’s Belief Systems (SSKG) and Questionnaire of Events of Stressor and Level of Stress (SPTG) involving 115 respondents from several districts SBP in Johor selected based on stratified random sampling method. Data were analysed using inferential statistics. The results shows that there was a significant relationship between A, IrB and C. The A were more influencing to C based on Beta value, ß = .77 than IrB. As conclusion, IrB were not a significant mediator between A and C in SBP, Johor. The implication of this study can be seen from the point of view that the MOE and the employer can start looking for ideas to overcome students' attitude as it was the highest rated Event of Stressor among Boarding schools teachers, and to figure out a way to give exposure to the teachers and students about beliefs system. Furthermore, this method can encourage teachers and students by themselves to create a rational belief of avoiding stress at all time.

Temperamenttemper (character)behavioral stylepersonality type
Abstract
Existing classifications of temperament, characters, personality types and ways of behavior are the disputable issues of the present-day scientific world. The origins of the classifications rise from the ancient philosophy and medicine in China and India (VIII BCE), Greece (V BCE), Rome (II век AD), England and Germany (ХIХ), USA and Russia (ХХ). Tremendous amount of the classifications were worked out all over the world and not all of them withstood the test of time. The references to Hippocrates‟ and Claudius Galenus‟ classifications occur chiefly, which are tangential with regard to mentality and psychic setup and based on humoralism (humorism). Great empirical and experimental materials have been accumulated in scientific history without harmonious systematization in view of the absence of the integrated international system of classification that is the factor restraining the further development of typology. There were curious incidents during typology march. Fourier (Francois Mari Charles) described three hundred characters, for instance. Unfortunately, any ordinary person could not be able to remember all these descriptions. Since then, researches, finding and admission of the optimum types became the task of paramount importance for the scientists.

situation. In order to competing in global markets, organizations should move to lower production costs, higher qualities and
short product lifecycle that lead into higher customer satisfaction. Marketing methods, especially those were used
traditionally as a blueprint in business activities are gradually fading from markets and innovative methods. In this paper,
using a mixed method research, we studied 116 small and medium-sized firms (SME’s) of Iranian East Azerbaijan province’s
food industry. We identified four groups of innovative marketing methods based on product, price, place and promotion
based strategies, which product and promotion have meaningful effect on innovative marketing strategies. Results also
indicate that the impact of marketing strategies on innovative is through entrepreneurial orientation of firms. Consequently,

Abstract
Export is usually the first step toward internationalization. However, it is regarded as a difficult, complex and dynamic
process in an environment, sometimes, very competitive and turbulent. This competition requires that firms support a high
level of performance in order to ensure their growth and survival. Management is often considered as the major force behind
the beginning of development, sustenance and prosperity in exporting. Attitudes, perceptions and managerial characteristics
seem to play a significant influence on export performance of firms. Nevertheless, the literature is mainly characterized by a
lack of consensus and findings are conflicting. In this study, we classify the managerial determinants into skill-based and
attitudinal characteristics and try to link these concepts with export performance. Finally, we suggest a grid of the managerial
determinants having a significant impact on export performance. A critical examination of the existing works is required to
better understand the managerial determinants of the export performance and to suggest, through a simplification and
clarification of the different approaches and precepts, a new conceptual framework for future researches.
