NikoUArxive is an independent, multidisciplinary, open-access scholarly platform created to support the rapid and free dissemination of scientific research, preprints, academic ideas, and research results.
Our aim is to provide researchers worldwide—regardless of country, institution, academic position, or field of study—with an accessible environment in which their scholarly work can become visible to the international research community without the long delays that may accompany conventional journal publication.
Free Preprint Submission & Access
Submission and public posting of preprints on NikoUArxive are completely free of charge. Authors pay no submission fee and no preprint-publication fee to make their manuscripts publicly available through the NikoUArxive archive.
Readers can also access publicly available abstracts, scholarly information, and preprints without subscription charges. NikoUArxive therefore promotes open scientific communication, accessibility, research visibility, and the free exchange of knowledge.

NikoUArxive recognizes that a manuscript may contain a valuable scientific idea even when its presentation, language, organization, analysis, or academic structure can still be improved. Whenever appropriate, the platform encourages constructive development and improvement rather than dismissing a potentially meaningful scientific idea solely because of presentation deficiencies.
How NikoUArxive Works
Authors submit manuscripts in PDF format through the secure NikoUArxive submission system. Submitted preprints undergo administrative screening before public posting. This screening is intended to identify basic submission problems, inappropriate material, technical issues, and content that falls outside the purposes of a scholarly archive.
Automated screening tools may assist the NikoUArxive administration internally; however, automated screening does not constitute peer review and does not replace scientific evaluation by qualified researchers or journal reviewers.
Following administrative approval, a preprint receives a stable public record containing its bibliographic information, abstract, PDF access, version information, and live usage indicators such as abstract views and PDF downloads.
Preprints & Formal Journal Publication
Posting a manuscript on NikoUArxive is not equivalent to formal peer-reviewed journal publication. A preprint allows researchers to communicate their work rapidly before, during, or independently of a journal publication process.
Authors who wish to pursue formal publication remain free to submit their work to an appropriate scholarly journal of their choice.
NikoUArxive also provides an optional pathway toward formal publication through participating journals. Choosing this pathway is entirely voluntary. A manuscript considered for journal publication must undergo the journal's own editorial and peer-review procedures and satisfy its scientific and publication requirements.
Any publication charge associated with formal journal publication is separate from NikoUArxive's free preprint service. Posting a preprint on NikoUArxive does not require an author to pursue journal publication.
